I love to travel, I love adventure, I love to experience new things so  imagine my excitement at traveling to South Africa, NOT for the first time, but, for my first real adventure.

The sounds were beautiful, The sights were amazing, I generally had a great time, but my stand out experience of the entire trip is what I call “My Harley Davidson O’Clock” in Cape Town.

It was a  beautiful morning, the sun must have sensed my excitement and rose bright and early. I took my time to ensure my gear was good and ready to go. We arrived Signal Hill in Western Cape  to the roaring of Harley Davidson bikes ready to go.

Getting on my bike was exciting, exhilarating and scary at the same time, and the ride from Signal Hill to Groot Constantia is one I choose to NEVER forget.

The picturesque Groot Constantia has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world. From the amazing scenery of the vineyard to the awesome smell of ripened grapes hanging low from the trees.

I enjoyed indulging in the beautiful sights of the vineyard but my yearning for the metallic Harley Davidson overwhelmed my love for sights and sounds, and in no time it was “My Harley Davidson O’Clock”.

It was delightful to make new friends and acquaintances, form new bonds, and be Kelechi Amadi-Obi’s muse.
